Summary

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Information Security Specialist to join our team. In your first 90 days, you’ll be challenged to:

• Co-develop a v2 risk framework for data handling in our org
• Revise and apply our SOPs for evaluating new tools and procedures to mitigate the risks according to the framework
• Manage information system policies and compliance
• Automate compliance reporting processes and access policies

Role Responsibilities

• Answer questions that come into #security, directing them to company SOPs where possible
• Write company policies relating to security and revise where needed
• Write training materials and work with our People Operations team to ensure training is delivered & received
• Think from first principles to determine what the likely risks are to our company. Prioritize the risks by likelihood and impact
• Design security projects to address the biggest risks. Get exec buy-in on the effort required and the business case for the work
• Work with internal project operations teams to plan, organize and deliver security related project work
• Take responsibility for setting up user permissions on new & existing software, applications and tools 
• Meticulously maintain Organizational Units to match how people group themselves into teams across the company, their needed tools, and their risks
• Think about how to reduce the need for trusted individuals in the riskiest systems. Work with engineers to define solutions. Work with product to get them prioritized in the engineering/product roadmap

Applicant Requirements

• Show us your ability to learn fast and achieve deep mastery. We don’t expect a perfect fit on experience, but with the right learning ability, you’ll make a great fit on skills in a short amount of time.
• Pro in navigating cloud software consoles. The tools we use are endlessly changing, and a good sense of where to look and what changes to make are necessary. We expect a fair amount of interface fluency if your foundations are strong.
• Possess excellent writing skills. The potential to grow your role is dependent on your SOP and code documentation habits. When you document clearly and diligently, others can take over your responsibilities to free you up for new ones. We also work across a variety of timezones, so often you’ll need to communicate async with people across the org.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people. You’ll need the cooperation of your peers, and it’s most easily assured if you can explain the why and the goal.
• Ability to make the business case for security spend. Demonstrating the value of security investments to the business is critical for securing resources and support.

Why we need Solutions Architects

As the Web3 and Crypto industry continue to rapidly evolve, this role will play a critical part in Immuenfi’s strategy for meeting the changing needs and security threats to our customers. The Solutions Architect will possess the capability to take complex technical problems and communicate them to prospects and customers in a manner that elicits trust throughout the customer lifecycle. 

The SA will own the technical delivery, advisory, and Bug Bounty Program drafting documentation for Immunefi’s customers. You will be viewed as a Subject Matter Expert and you will function in an advisory role providing potential and current customers with best practices and sound technical advice that ensures they are creating the best program for their needs and a high quality experience for our hacker community.  

We expect SAs to be motivated to keep up with the latest technology and trends in the Web3 and Crypto industry. In addition to attending events, you may also be asked to represent Immunefi at industry events and seek opportunities to promote Immunefi through speaking engagements. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Educate customers on the value bug bounties serve in the security lifecycle   
• Participate on pre-sales calls with prospects
• Conduct interviews and meetings with customers to understand their specific security needs and effectively communicate the technical aspects of running a successful Bug Bounty Program   
• Walk customers through questionnaires, answer technical questions, advise and provide guidance on scope and impact throughout the drafting of a Bug Bounty Program
• Recommend bounty sizes based on pricing theory / technical complexity of project / size of project by leveraging data and documented best practices
• Handle customer inquiries that require technical product knowledge in collaboration with the Sales and Account Management teams
• Document feedback from customers and work with product/engineering to continuously develop our product and services roadmap

Requirements

• 3-5 years of combined technical and customer-facing experience
• Track record of success in commercial roles (sales, account management, pre-sales / technical pre-sales, customer success, etc.)
• The ability to communicate effectively around technical concepts and to continually acquire security know-how 
• Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
• Strong desire to apply technical skills in customer-facing capacity at a rapidly growing company
• Proficiency using CRM Software
• Excellent communication skills and technical writing skills
• Experience in the Web3 space, either formally or by playing an active role within the community

Why we need a Product Manager

We need a Product Manager to manage the core Immunefi product that our 200+ client base and several thousand security researchers rely on on a daily basis to submit and review bug reports. You’ll craft strategy, identify tactics and help devise solutions, prioritize, measure and validate the success of approaches that scale our current product. Your work will be critical in guiding the next product iterations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for your domain, in alignment with the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Understand the competitive landscape to identify market trends, key underserved customer needs, and new opportunities
• Collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to discover, organize, and prioritize prospective new capabilities and solutions for your product domain
• Drive product improvements through iterative design and experimentation; gather data to build a strong understanding of the user, their pain points and the solutions that will lead to a better user experience
• Work with engineers and designers to deliver a high-quality product experience that users love
• Actively engage with Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
• Develop familiarity with Web3 security, vulnerability disclosure, bug bounties, hacker community and culture, vulnerability management, and other domain areas

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in product management at a fast-growing software company
• Track record of success delivering products and features that drive business results
• Technical background particularly working with web and cloud-based platforms

Summary

As Immunefi continues to grow, we need to expand our software engineering & development teams. These teams work to ensure the functionality, security & useability of the Immunefi platform for our Project Clients as well as our Whitehat Hacker Community so that we can continue to facilitate the winning of the largest Bug Bounties in the world!

Specifically, we are looking to hire experienced & skilled JavaScript Developers to work on designing, developing and maintaining the complex web applications that make up the Immunefi platform.

This is a ‘full lifecycle’ role which will involve taking requirements from the Product Department, carrying out feasibility studies, producing engineering review & assessment documents, looping back to Product for refining, creating the engineering plan, working in sprints to build, deliver & deploy the code.

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using JavaScript and related technologies

Applicant Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development including working directly as a Full Stack JavaScript developer
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React, and related technologies
• Previous experience receiving product design requirements and turning them into user interfaces

• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Summary

If Immunefi is Web3’s last line of defense against catastrophic hacks, the Triage team at Immunefi is the internal intelligence division actively confirming and improving the defense strategy. The Web & App triager role requires timely, appropriate, and thorough response to reported vulnerabilities. We want to bring on a member of the team that provides great service at the high end — if hackers are to trust submitting their critical findings to us, we need to be able to live up to their trust with timely and appropriate responses. Our evaluation of their bugs from a technical perspective is crucial to our ability to properly reward their hard work. At the low end we still need to provide great service--we want to help them grow their capabilities so that a bad bug report today turns into a great one in the future.

Role Responsibilities

• Review incoming Web & Application vulnerability reports and reproduce issues, assessing the severity and impact of each issue within the context of each Projects (Clients) threat model
• Work with Whitehats (Hackers) to identify missing information in reports, as well as help educate the community when reports are incorrect
• Write a brief summary for each report, including clear reproduction steps, the impact of the issue, and remediation advice
• Coordinate with our Bug Bounty Program team and customers to ensure smooth triage workflows for any programs you work with
• Liaise across & advocate for parties on both sides of the Bug Bounty (Projects & Whitehats), providing advice, support & technical consultation to ensure accuracy of information, fairness of outcome & engagement of users
• Proactively identify and solve issues, as well as accept and quickly respond to delegated work

Applicant Requirements

• You can write top-quality code samples and mini applications to demonstrate the technologies you want to explain
• Familiarity with vulnerability disclosure and bounty programs, including: report formatting and content, confidentiality and disclosure processes, the importance of clear and quick communication between hackers and customers, program policies, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and organize operationally complex work, with great attention to detail
• Top notch communication skills: need to be able to firmly, yet politely, respond to non-issues, as well as identify legitimate issues and communicate them to security teams in an easy to understand format
• Technical knowledge around Web3 security: ability to identify and reproduce reported vulnerabilities, as well as assess contextual risk
• Being a fully remote company, we are willing to consider applicants in any area however due to the needs of our current Projects & Whitehats, we require someone taking this role to have a work schedule aligned to Central / Western European Timezones

Role Responsibilities

• Ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to growing existing clients
• Contribute feedback to the Product Organization regarding the needs of our highest value prospects/clients 
• Work within your assigned territory to generate qualified leads and respond to incoming leads.
• Conduct online and in-person presentations and demonstrations of the Immunefi platform
• Keep up to date with the latest Web3 trends including NFTs, Defi, Crypto, Internet security, and Bug Bounty Programs. 
• Use your knowledge to understand the client's needs and position Immunefi’s value proposition effectively.
• Maintain an accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecast in CRM
• Work with our Account Management team to ensure client success.

Applicant Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience and proven track record of selling technical solutions to C-level executives
• Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Proven track record of filling the sales funnel with qualified leads and nurturing those leads through the sales cycle
• Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
• Strong desire to work in sales at a rapidly growing company
• Ability to operate independently and proactively to source and progress new business
• Proficiency using CRM software, forecasting, and opportunity management
