Key Responsibilities:

• Drive developer acquisition and engagement through outreach, events, and community-building initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact between developers and the internal team, ensuring their needs are communicated and addressed.
• Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and other resources that help developers integrate and build on the Hemera Protocol.
• Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups to foster a thriving developer community.
• Engage with developers on forums, social media, and other platforms to provide support and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align developer outreach with the broader strategy.
• Monitor developer engagement metrics and optimize strategies to increase developer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in software development, with experience in blockchain or decentralized applications preferred.
• Previous experience in developer relations, community management, or developer advocacy roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support developers.
• Ability to create compelling technical content (e.g., tutorials, blog posts, documentation).
• Passionate about building and nurturing a global developer community.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
