The Web3 Social Media Growth and Engagement Manager is responsible for sharing & commenting on trending content, engaging with content in social media groups and with individuals, and monitoring channels to quickly respond to comments. Your overall goal will be to grow the followers and direct traffic toward client Web3 projects, including but not limited to Blockchain Gaming, Web3 Music, Metaverses, DeFi Platforms, & more.

Your responsibilities will include:

Social media content creation and audience engagement for multiple Web3 projects & platform launches:

• Create social media marketing content, specifically well-developed Web3 content.

• Grow social media platform-specific communities and audiences - particularly Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Community management via ongoing conversations and outreach to bring new members to the community.

• Monitor and evaluate social media results/metrics in coordination with client goals and benchmarks.

• Communication with team and management on status, timelines, and results.

• Work closely with other team members to meet client goals.

• Keep pace with Web3 social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.

At your core, you’re a lifelong learner with great communication skills. You may be a gamer, a digital content creator, or a musician, and you hang out a lot on Discord and Twitter. You may have had the foresight to buy Bitcoin when it was relatively new, and you certainly have a digital wallet with several NFTs. You regularly spend time in various project communities educating yourself on the latest trends, as well as just hanging out. You may be working for a marketing agency where you're not being given the opportunity to create content you're passionate about and really hone your consulting skills. You love solving problems and helping to make a difference in this ever-evolving space. You excel at multi-tasking, are organized, and are able to work on multiple tasks on the go. You enjoy working as part of a team but are quite comfortable diving in to get tasks done on your own. You have a generally positive and upbeat outlook on life and thrive on the challenge rather than being frazzled by it. If someone says “impossible”, you say “I bet I can find a way”. Your communication skills in English are exceptional, spoken and written (yes there will be a test!). You’re a fun person to be around, and you’re looking for a challenging opportunity. You have a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
