Responsibilities:

• Own product development from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Align teams on a shared vision, gather feedback from all stakeholders and steer execution on that vision
• Talk to Gelato users and prioritize new features based on real feedback
• Plan & manage engineering and design sprints to ensure deadlines are met

What you’ll achieve:

• Realizing the vision of Gelato’s Product Design team by making Gelato have the best designed products in the entire web3 industry.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes and ultimately final designs for Gelato’s suite of products in Figma based on requirements defined by the product teams and ongoing user feedback
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate quantitative and qualitative data into intuitive designs and delightful user experiences
• Advocating design decisions to internal Product and Engineering stakeholders to ensure we put user experience first

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with the entire product design lifecycle starting from a product hypothesis and user research to the design of wireframes, mockups and final products
• Strong portfolio of beautiful designed products that are used by a lot of people
• Extensive experience using Figma
• Ability to work autonomously with broad guidelines and minimal oversight
• Being a great communicator and open for feedback
• Ability to work with and lead other designers
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product and growth teams for design and user experience projects

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate Gelato infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment
• Contribute to improve our incident management lifecycle for overall reliability
• Contribute to improve our Postmortem philosophy
• Be on-call rotation to provide operational support and service availability
• Contribute to improve DevOps culture across different teams
• Participate in Agile meetings with your team members
• Maintain and enhance our CI/CD pipeline and its governance
• Maintain our Vaults and Secrets management and their governance
• Be an active team member by always looking out for cost effective innovative solutions and by facilitating the adoption of industry standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in maintaining Cloud infrastructure with modern technologies
• GitOps principles at hearth
• Experience in operating infrastructure on at least one major Cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure..)
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Experience in operating and optimizing Kubernetes clusters
• Experience with Git, Helm, Terraform, Kubectl and similar
• Experience in networking best practices, CDNs, deployment strategies
• Experience in operating highly available infrastructure, disaster recovery plans
• Understanding of microservice based architecture and operations
• Experience in advanced debugging, logging, monitoring and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk,.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining cost optimized solutions
• Experience with Unix based systems

Requirements

We are looking for the next generation DevOps engineer that applies at heart best practices such as full-process automations and Infrastructure as Code.

• Extensive experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Extensive experience working with automation tools like Docker, Github Actions, Kubernetes and Helm
• Experience with configuring and deploying to major Cloud Providers such as AWS and GCP
• Experience with deploying applications in a multi-cloud environment
• Comfortable working with Grafana / prometheus / loki stack for logs, alerting and monitoring
