The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Targeted ads manager expert with Crowdfunding experience. You must have a good understanding of scaling, targeted advertising, and some Cryptocurrency knowledge.

Main responsibilities include:

- Manage influencer & blogger relationships and effective engagement, online and offline.

- Report on a weekly performance level, the performance of all digital channels (KPI).

- To organize and carry out Marketing meetings 

- Build campaigns and set campaigns live on the platform

- To come up with ideas for internal and external events.

-  Organization and launch of advertising campaigns

- Maintaining social media customer relations, answering messages on daily basis, and engaging with clients online.

- Researching user-generated content, and analysis of audience trends, behavior, and content consumption.

Our ideal candidate is:

- Fluent in the English language

- Professional, responsible, detail-oriented, data-driven, creative

- Experienced in FB ads, Google ads, Google Analytics, and social media strong professional experience

The Role:

Day to day, your focus will be on developing the websites (frontend and backend). It is very important that you know how to develop nice, modern front-end animations with the support of CSS and JS. Besides developing, you will be also designing the websites for which we expect that you have a wide understanding of website and graphic design (UI/UX) and you have strong website designing skills (Figma / Adobe XD).Besides the website and, developing your role will also be graphic design such as social post graphics, presentations, blog, and article graphics.

We expect you to have strong skills in graphic design and master Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. If needed your job will also be content writing. We expect that you communicate effectively in verbal and written English. You’ll have great ideas for content angles, an appreciation of search intent, and be able to develop a clear voice for a website.

Main responsibilities and skills needed:

- Extremely experienced in backend and frontend web developing- Programming languages: PHP (Laravel), MYSQL, HTML, CSS, JS- Capable of making modern frontend website elements animations- Have a wide understanding of website and graphic design (UI/UX)- Strong Web design skills (Figma / Adobe XD)- Strong Graphic Design skills (Photoshop and Illustrator)- Providing visual guidance for marketing materials to the Graphic Design Team- Generating well-informed blogs in line with deadlines- Writing and editing sales website content- Communicate effectively in verbal and written English- Excellent computer proficiency, specifically Microsoft Word & Excel and Google Drive- Present and discuss ideas clearly, and help translate concepts to the wider team in a detailed and methodical manner- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative- Have a strong desire to learn from a professional and experienced team and develop your skills to the maximum potential.
