We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Lead to join our Stakeway team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnerships, and addressing unique challenges to drive growth in the blockchain and staking ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
  • Identify and engage with institutional clients to expand Stakeway’s reach.
  • Develop and execute strategies for partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
  • Represent Stakeway at industry events and conferences to foster new relationships.
• Client Management:
  • Act as the single point of contact (PoC) for clients, ensuring their technical and operational needs are met.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the tech team, facilitating effective solutions.
  • Provide clients with insights and updates on staking and blockchain developments.
• Market Analysis:
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in the blockchain staking ecosystem.
  • Monitor competitor activities and benchmark best practices.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the tech team to align product offerings with client demands.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and materials.

Requirements and Needed Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, staking mechanisms, and the institutional staking ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and business domains.
• Self-starter with a track record of driving initiatives in a lean, fast-paced team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a validator or staking services company.
• Familiarity with Ethereum infrastructure and related tools (e.g., client diversity, zkEVM, optimistic rollups).

We’re seeking a passionate Research Engineer to join our Incubator team and help drive bleeding edge blockchain innovation. As a Research Engineer, you will play a pivotal role of an R&D generalist, taking ownership of various research, development, and deployment initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding blockchain technology, covering areas like (but not limited to): consensus mechanisms, Ethereum execution layer client improvements, etc.
• Design, develop, and deploy experimental proof of concept architecture for applications and solutions, with a particular focus on scaling technologies and complex integrations
• Execute end-to-end smart contract and infrastructure-related functionality deployments, including configuration of CI/CD pipelines and management of Docker components
• Read, interact with, and efficiently streamline open source code interactions
• Stay on top of innovation trends and produce feasible technical roadmaps in close cross-sectoral collaboration with engineering and product departments

Requirements and needed skills:

• Mandatory deep understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts.
• Demonstrated expertise and interest in zero-knowledge and/or scaling technologies like Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, etc.
• Extensive experience and proficiency with Golang, Python, and Django
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and automated testing frameworks

We’re seeking a dilligent Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Stakeway team and help us on the mission of accelerating staking and digital asset adoption at the institutional level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of managing the existing Stakeway infrastructure, CI/CD set-up, workload deployment tools, and other in-house tooling
• Work on technical product and solutions roadmaps to devise and implement secure and scalable performance improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and systems to streamline operations and increase infrastructure efficiency
• Monitor system and server performance and health, as well as troubleshoot and report on issues with data centers
• Participate in the operational on-call rotations
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, participate in the hiring process as per the team’s needs, and eventually assume a leadership position within the team

Requirements and needed skills:

• Strong proficiency in deploying and managing container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and Nomad on bare-metal machines
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python, Go, and Typescript; demonstrated ability to develop and deploy new features in applications.
• Comprehensive understanding (or resonating passion to learn) of Ansible, Terraform, and Terragrunt

We’re seeking an experienced Blockchain Platform Engineer to join our Presto team and help actively develop our cutting-edge platform product for seamless roll-up deployment and management. In addition to honing your engineering skills (70% coding, 30% DevOps), in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and excel at the inner workings of different L2 stacks, including Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, and more!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive the development (Python, Django) and optimization of the ever-evolving Presto product platform, ensuring pristine performance and customer experience
• Take an active part in contributing to the overall product architecture and propose new functionalities to support innovation at scale
• Deploy smart contracts and devise automation solutions for complex deployment scenarios and utility tasks
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality by refactoring and increasing test coverage
• Build containerized solutions running in AWS / on bare metal servers, orchestrated by HashiCorp Nomad
• Monitor and upgrade existing rollups to the latest versions
• Participate in (additionally compensated) on-call procedures

Requirements and needed skills:

• Mandatory knowledge of blockchain and smart contract concepts both at the theoretical and code level
• Backend proficiency with Python, Django, REST API, and Celery
• Demonstrated “automate first” mindset with a track record of development/deployment optimization
• Experience designing and deploying containerized applications running in Nomad/Consul cluster; experience working with Docker and cluster management tools
• Experience utilizing monitoring solutions, such as: creating and managing Grafana dashboards, advanced set-up and configuration of Prometheus, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge in a seemless and engaging manner

We’re seeking a battle-tested Senior Blockchain Client Developer to join our R&D team and help tackle some of the most unique, complex challenges at the fundamental level of blockchain technology.

• Drive the development and continuous optimization of the custom fork of the Erigon client node.
• Maintain and improve our codebase, actively participating in code writing and reviews to ensure high performance and reliability of the Erigon client node.
• Contribute to the overall software architecture of our solutions.
• Stay updated with, and prudently experiment with zero-knowledge innovation and other scaling technologies
• Analyze partner networks’ performances, identify pain points and areas of improvement, and implement solutions to increase network throughput and decrease network latency.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and participate in the hiring process as per the team’s needs.
• Communicate with our partners and clients to understand and adequately address their needs, collaborating with a globally distributed team of experienced engineers on delivering feasible long-term technical roadmaps
