Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test smart contracts in Solidity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and backend infrastructure.
• Perform research and development in the fields of blockchain, EIPs, zero knowledge and web3.
• Brainstorm and design innovative blockchain-based solutions for various industries.
• Write clean and well-documented code that is easy to maintain
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the development process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer with a strong focus on smart contracts and Web3 technologies.
• Excellent programming skills in Solidity and JavaScript/Typescript
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and architecture.
• Experience with blockchain development tools such as Truffle, Ganache, Remix, and MetaMask
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and cryptography
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership over key components in the Fuse Network such as Fuse RPC endpoints
• Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Google Cloud services.
• Develop and implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Design and implement cost-effective and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience in managing and fine-tuning near real-time systems written in Rust/Go/C++.
• Knowledge of EVM blockchain technology, experience in running node clients is a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As the technical writer on our team, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting a deep dive into the Fuse Charge product to understand its workings in detail
• Maintaining and improving existing documentation standards
• Creating clear, efficient technical documentation for developers, including tutorials and instructions
• Collaborating with the technical product lead, while also being able to work independently
• Organizing and auditing existing documentation to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date
• Identifying any gaps in documentation and taking steps to resolve them

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A deep understanding of the work of a developer (preferably with experience as a developer)
• Relevant experience in technical writing
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies
• The ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly through documentation
• A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
• A strong commitment to continuously improving and completing documentation
• Excellent communication skills and native fluency in English

This is a part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future.
