Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a DevOps role

You will be at the bleeding edge of blockchain scalability. As Marketing Manager, you will be joining our rapidly expanding Growth team and reporting to the Head of Growth, while collaborating closely with our existing Marketing Manager on all marketing & communications efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our existing Marketing Manager on all marketing & communications efforts.
• Set and meet marketing KPIs based on Fuel’s overall growth strategy & goals.
• Develop a marketing strategy for Fuel.

You will be at the bleeding edge of blockchain scalability. As Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will be joining our rapidly expanding Growth team and reporting to the Head of Growth.

Note: This role is focused on strategic partnerships, not sales. As such, compensation for this role will not be commission-based.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set and meet strategic partnerships goals based on Fuel’s overall growth strategy & goals.
• Develop a strategic partnerships strategy for Fuel.
• Identify potential partners based on Fuel’s needs, goals, and current partnerships.
• Pursue and close partnerships with: education providers (e.g. universities, coding schools); liquidity providers; web3 infrastructure projects (e.g. auditors, wallet providers); validators; prominent web2 companies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our partnerships.
• Collaborate with the legal team to manage the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and managing conflicts.
• Manage relationships with partners on an ongoing basis to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefiting from the relationship.

You will be at the bleeding edge of blockchain scalability, helping to evangelize Fuel and our technology by storytelling through the use of graphics in social media content, blog posts, website elements, external presentations given by leadership, distributed material at conferences, and more.

Responsibilities

Branding:

• Create and maintain a “brand bible” for Fuel’s visual design, based on Fuel’s new visual brand identity and guidelines.
• Refine Fuel’s visual brand. Create new visual assets which align with our visual brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain a media kit which outlines our brand guidelines for third parties.

Design Support:

• Design graphical elements for content (e.g. blog post banners, diagrams for social media) and other content-supporting graphics as requested.
• Lead the design of swag, vertical banners, and other promotional materials for events.
• Collaborate with other team members to create educational materials, including pamphlets, animated videos, etc.

UI Design:

Fuel Labs is building the fastest modular execution layer in the world.

You will be working at the bleeding edge of blockchain scalability R&D. The upcoming release of the Fuel Network will feature a brand new virtual machine, the FuelVM.

To go with this new VM, a new high-level language is needed; one that avoids the many shortcomings of current smart contract languages, and that offers additional functionality and performance. You’ll be designing new language features and implementing a compiler targeting the FuelVM.

Responsibilities:

• Design and specify Sway language features
• Write a compiler in Rust targeting the FuelVM
• Integrate the compiler with additional tooling: package manager, debugger, language server, IDE plugin, etc.
