About Dopamine

Dopamine is a premiere fashion hub that partners with streetwear brands, web3 projects and NFT artists to create limited-edition physical-digital NFT bundles sold through the Dopamine marketplace. Our mission is to bring NFTs into mainstream pop culture and build the next-generation community of hypebeasts on the metaverse.

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. Our ideal applicant can take abstract concepts and create graphic material in Dopamine branding. As a Graphic Designer, you’re fully up-to-date with the latest design software and know the design process intimately from concept to final product. You understand the design landscape and have NFT, blockchain or cryptocurrency experience. You have a strong feeling for the aesthetics and vibe of streetwear & web3, with affinity for branding and marketing.

With the help of your graphic assets, we’ll cement Dopamine in the minds and hearts of brands and consumers as the one-stop-shop for next-gen streetwear. You’ll be part of a core team of 6 other enthusiastic and talented members, including our CEO RarityJan and CTO Leeren.

Role

• Work closely with marketing and design team to produce material for use across all our front-facing channels and pipelines
• Develop materials for campaigns with the marketing & design team
• Use design tools to create (technical) infographics explaining the Dopamine product suite to a wide audience
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all designed assets
• Examine existing design processes and propose design solutions
• Maintain an organized agenda throughout various projects

Desired qualifications

• Complete command of Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
• Production of 2D Motion graphics assets (After effects, Premiere)
• Basic knowledge of working in a 3d suite (Blender, Cinema4d, Maya)
• Strong graphic portfolio and clear experience executing at a high level
• Comfortable working with ambiguous tasks and in a high pressure environment
• Knowledge of crypto, NFTs and web3
• Willingness to work in a new, changing field

• Knowledge in Houdini, Zbrush, Substance Suite and Marvelous Designer
• Garment design pipeline

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Growth Marketer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing on a growth strategy that drives awareness to our brand, increases our reach on social media and cements Dopamine in the minds and hearts of brands and consumers as the one-stop-shop for next-gen streetwear. You’ll be part of a core team of 6 other enthusiastic and talented members, including our CEO RarityJan and CTO Leeren.

Role

• Develop and execute on a growth strategy that drives awareness, educates consumers, optimizes the funnel, ultimately leading to a significant growth of our reach on all our front-facing social media channels
• Develop strategies to convert this reach into a loyal customer base
• Developed both a B2B and B2C strategy
• Identify growth opportunities and key market segments
• Own the execution of our growth strategies; this will include everything from strategy creation to execution across social media, content, PR, ads, etc
• Make data-driven decisions, including analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and tracking KPI’s
• Engage proactively with our community and ensure community growth is aligned with our brand philosophy
• Work closely with other areas of the Dopamine team to optimize growth, such as product and new feature rollout strategy

Desired qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role
• Track record of creating and executing successful growth campaigns across a range of channels, at a minimum growing Twitter following to 30K+, IG to 10k+
• Thorough experience with social media scheduling software
• Able to translate KPI’s & data into actionable marketing strategies
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment full of ambiguous tasks
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently as well as collaboratively
• Passion for web3/crypto or a willingness to develop a deep expertise in the space

About Dopamine

Dopamine is a premiere fashion hub that connects streetwear brands with NFT artists to create limited-edition NFT bundles sold through the Dopamine marketplace. Our mission is to bring NFTs into mainstream pop culture and build the next-generation community of hypebeasts on the metaverse.

We are looking for a seasoned smart contract developer to build out the infrastructure for our curated marketplace. As the lead smart contract engineer of the team, you will also help develop Dopamine’s governance and token mechanics, working alongside 6 other team members, including our CEO RarityJan and CTO Leeren.

Role

• Design an ERC-20 token with voting-escrow and marketplace-incentives mechanics
• Develop the Dopamine marketplace smart contracts, including a maker-taker module for fixed-price sales, and a dutch auctions contract for the Dopamine curated drops
• Assist with development and operations of other miscellaneous tasks, including Discord bot development, Dune Analytics visualizations, CI/CD, etc.
• Join a talented creative and technical team passionate about web3, especially in building out the innovation frontier for streetwear and NFTs
• Learn about web3 dev, DAO curation, and the intersection between NFTs and fashion

Desired Skills

• Expert at Smart Contract architecturing and development with Solidity
• Comprehensive understanding of the EVM
• Strong knowledge in the area of contract modularization and gas optimizations
• Experience in building and testing with Solidity tooling frameworks like Foundry
• Proficiency with Alchemy
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD best-practices
• Exposure to cloud compute software such as AWS or GCP
• Extensive knowledge of NFTs and DeFi
• Intense curiosity to learn and build in web3

• Love for building with Foundry
• Experience with IPFS or Arweave
