Data Analytics Team Lead @ Cow Protocol
60d - Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to inform product and business decisions and marketing content
- Help the data team to grow, plan and prioritize their initiatives for maximum impact across the company
- Together with experienced engineers on the team, architect and build our data engineering infrastructure for long-term sustainability and success
- Proactively suggest new data types that provide relevant insights to the product/business/marketing team
- Proactively observe and present trends and new insights to the wider team

Senior Frontend Engineer @ CoW Protocol
90d - Develop CowSwap and other user-facing applications (e.g., the CoW Explorer) on top of CoW Protocol
- Rapidly implement new elements of the user experience with an eye toward performance, accessibility, and quality
- Know when to create abstractions vs. one-off features and when to leverage or contribute to the wider open-source ecosystem
- Shape the roadmap of CowSwap by contributing features as well as design ideas and helping to estimate and prioritize them with the team
- Push the boundaries of how decentralized a user interface can be. We deploy our products using the traditional hosted approach but also on IPFS/ENS and use other decentralized infrastructure providers (The Graph, Ethereum Nodes, etc.) to reduce our reliance on centralized APIs.

Senior Visual Designer @ Cow Protocol

- Build an iconic visual identity for CoW Swap and CoW Protocol, in collaboration with our Principal UI Designer
- Set up and continually maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma
- Partner with a copywriter (future hire) to develop breakthrough campaign ideas and executions that promote various aspects of CoW Swap

Backend/Research Engineer (Rust) @ Cow Protocol
157d - Location: Onsite or remote
- Position: Full-time contractor
- Develop new ideas and features to make the Cowswap experience better: this involves building prototypes and expanding our Rust backend infrastructure, as well as writing new smart contracts and scripts in TypeScript
- Extend the reach of Cowswap by deploying to new blockchains or L2- systems: Smart contract adaptions, Backend infrastructure features, and integrations
- Research new business use-cases
- Work closely with researchers and product managers to investigate current use cases and come up with new solutions for challenging technological problems

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated backend/research engineer who is fluent in rust to help us build the next generation of decentralized trading protocols. As part of the Innovation Team, you will be exposed to the newest development in the blockchain space. You will build prototypes for new business cases such as multi-chain swaps or adapt the current protocol for new chains. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that new features/systems are built in a reliable and maintainable manner with the rest of the team. To ensure the compatibility of new ideas with the current system, you will interact with many of the other groups within CowSwap.
