🎨 Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled product designer to shape the future iterations of our product. This role is for someone who has agency, strong empathy and demonstrable experience in designing complex systems to create delightful user experiences.

This is an opportunity to join a well-funded startup as we scale our team and product.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing new and improved products that increase clarity and user agency of DeFi and web3.
• Wrangle difficult problems in emerging technology, help invent new mental models, and design cutting-edge interactions.
• Help to define the design culture of a growing design team through writing, external communication, and new processes.
• Use a human-centred approach that incorporates qualitative and quantitative data in order to create conceptual wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing early in the product development process. Incorporate qualitative feedback and quantitative insights to improve the overall user experience.
• Prototype new product ideas through research and wireframing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on discovery work.
• Contribute to the creation of a unified design system.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of product design experience for web.
• 2+ years experience in building products related to fintech, payments or financial reporting.
• Expert in information architecture, interaction design, user interface design, and visual design.
• Experience setting up and scaling component libraries or design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing cutting-edge design (web2 consumer-like experiences).
• Solid working knowledge of the latest product design tools such as Figma.
• Strong empathetic communication skills, able to effectively collaborate and navigate differing perspectives and potential disagreements across teams.
• Experience in designing web applications (mobile is not required).

💻 Test Automation Engineer at Coinshift

We’re seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team in improving the stability and user experience of Coinshift V2. This is an opportunity to accelerate delivery, enhance product quality, and help us prepare for the next wave of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the core tech team to build and analyze testing frameworks and tools that ensure product quality.
• Develop automated testing strategies for the front-end, backend, and production systems to ensure system stability.
• Own and guide the tech team on testing best practices and integrate them into the core SDLC process.
• Commit code to the stage, test features, and ensure changes don’t impact existing systems.
• Smoke testing production daily and promptly addressing any crashes.
• Have startup experience and be able to set up systems for end-to-end testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience at fast-moving product-based companies, with a track record of building test automation frameworks and pipelines.
• Proficient in Selenium or similar backend API testing frameworks such as Postman, JMeter, or those that can be integrated into CI/CD.
• Knowledgeable about the web3 ecosystem, Ethereum blockchain, and its tool stack (e.g., Metamask).
• Ability to break down complex problems and find efficient solutions while understanding tradeoffs.

💻 Data Engineer at Coinshift

Join us as we launch Coinshift V2 and shape the future of the data function at Coinshift. As a Data Engineer, you will work in a collaborative setting to build insights and analytics to support the product, growth, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders throughout Coinshift to identify opportunities for leveraging data to inform product and business decisions.
• Own and develop the analytics/data function at Coinshift.
• Together with experienced engineers on the team, architect and build our data engineering infrastructure for long-term sustainability and success
• Set up a product analytics app (such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog) and CDP (e.g. Segment)
• Research market trends in web3 and proactively share new insights with the wider team
• Design and analyse product experiments to guide product launches, measure impact, and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CDP (e.g. Segment).
• Proficiency in Retool, Tableau, or any relevant analytics tool. 
• Experience in SQL and Python
• Proficiency in data platform engineering tools (e.g. Apache Airflow).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user/product-focused mindset.
• Track record of setting up analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the core team on building new product features and platforms from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
• Drive technical knowledge and guide team members in implementing state-of-the-art multi-chain web3 user experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to make informed decisions on architecture design and deployment pipeline, leveraging your expertise in AWS technologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in product-based companies, with 2+ years in web3 organizations
• Strong expertise in programming languages: Java, Go, and popular databases such as MySQL, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of web3 technologies, such as web3js/ethersjs, Ethereum blockchain, and its tool stack (e.g. Metamask).
• Demonstrated skill in analyzing complex issues, handling design uncertainties, and making well-informed compromises.

We are looking for an HR Generalist to help us scale our team across various functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, and general HR & operational work.

About the Position

• Assist in the full spectrum of the HR function, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations, etc;
• Lead the recruiting and talent acquisition such as writing and reviewing job descriptions, proactively sourcing high-quality candidates, reviewing and screening applicants, scheduling interviews with the leadership team
• Assist in end-to-end processes related to internal training: distribute surveys, compile and maintain proper records, and gather feedback;
• Administrative tasks including contracts, new system migrations, etc.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (background checks, onboarding, personal information, tracking/shipping of company equipment etc.) in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Calculate and maintain metrics such as turnover, and churn rates.

About you

About The Role

Coinshift’s future growth is highly dependent on the quality of our ecosystem. We are looking for a Manager of Strategic Partnership to identify, onboard, and manage our more strategic partners. In this critical role, you will have the chance to:

• Develop and execute Coinshift’s partner strategies to align with our business goals
• Own all partner relationships including strategic focus areas, business case development, negotiation, product launch, partner marketing
• Ensure partner initiatives are delivered on time
• Understand gaps within our solution, and identify partners who best fill those gaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product integrations and help launch partner solutions
• Build and develop deep relationships with partners outside the crypto industry to bring on-chain treasury solutions to a wider spectrum of users

About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will help in creating and building the Coinshift brand. You will be the glue between Growth, Marketing & Engineering. A creative and talented individual who jumps in and gets the work done skillfully. In this role, you will have the chance to:

• Create marketing assets such as marketing collateral, digital campaigns, posts, GIFs, brochures, illustrations, web collateral, social media collateral, etc. to effectively amplify our social media presence
• Plan, produce, and edit video content about Coinshift features, advantages, roadmap, etc., as required to grow the business and expand our user base
• Help maintain & improve Coinshift’s overall brand identity through innovative design
• Regularly update our primary marketing templates on Google Slides, Google Docs, etc., as required
• Manage outsources and freelancers required to complete complex design tasks, videos, etc., as required
• Take primary ownership of all design and video content, set realistic delivery dates, and complete complex projects on time as required to manage our business

About you

• Passionate about web3, willing to learn more about DeFi, NFTs, etc.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic design/prototyping tools
• Ideally 3+ years of experience as a Designer for software or web3 organizations with a strong portfolio of work
• Have a passion and talent for creative and engaging storytelling and crafting high-value, educational, and visually appealing content
• Possess a clean and refined design aesthetic and pay close attention to detail
• Highly organized in planning and distributing content tailored to various social media channels and audiences
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally, ideally within a remote organization
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and high emotional intelligence
• Experience with b2b marketing and partner marketing a plus
• Knowledge of Finance in general, and Treasury Management specifically, is a plus

About The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator who will tell the world about Coinshift and the value that we bring to organizations. This position will be the primary “voice” of Coinshift across all major channels. As part of this role, you will:

• Own the content strategy for Coinshift across all channels
• Understand user needs and gaps in existing content, manage content pipeline
• Become a subject matter expert on Coinshift and treasury management in web3
• Produce informative blog posts, tweets, case studies, user success stories, etc.
• Create, edit and update Coinshift user guides and educational materials
• Produce copy for ads, newsletters, and marketing campaigns when necessary
• Edit and proofread copies ahead of publication
• Write blogs, whitepapers, case studies, technical papers, etc. as required
• Manage freelancers for ad hoc projects if required
• Own the Coinshift content calendar and ensure content is published in a timely manner
• Produce tutorials and video scripts for Coinshift users
• Support other marketing-related initiatives as required

About you

• DeFi native, highly familiar with major web3 projects and trends
• Good understanding of finance, including key terms and concepts

About The Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to take ownership of a wide variety of strategic and day-to-day aspects of the Coinshift community. As a b2b solution, our community includes large hybrid crypto organizations, fast-growing DAOs, crypto curious web2 firms, and a number of innovative partners building out the future of finance on-chain.

This role will be the voice of the Coinshift brand on Twitter, Discord, another other social media platforms. In this role, you will have the chance to:

• Be the primary voice of Coinshift to our fast-growing community
• Become a subject matter expert on Treasury Management in web3 and how Coinshift adds value to our users and partners
• Organize and host regular community calls and other community events
• Represent Coinshift at selected industry events and conferences
• Design and execute social media strategies on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Maintain and promote a vibrant community culture on Discord and other community channels
• Host regular events across Coinshift’s social media channels, e.g., Twitter Spaces, Discord AMAs, etc.
• Build a strong rapport with other DAOs, DeFi projects, and key influencers within our market segment
• Act as a bridge to relay back critical feedback and pain points from users and partners
• Create a community roadmap, set ambitious goals, and develop key metrics and reports to monitor performance

About you

• DeFi native, highly familiar with all major web3 projects, continue to follow new protocols and trends
• Ideally 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager
• Have a passion and talent for creative and engaging storytelling and crafting high-value, educational, and persuasive social media content
• Highly organized about planning and distributing content tailored to various social media channels and audiences
• Significant experience collaborating cross-functionally within a remote organization
• Track record of organizing and hosting engaging Livestream events, e.g., Twitter Spaces, YouTube Live
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and high emotional intelligence
• Have a pulse on the latest developments within the DAO, DeFi, NFT, and broader crypto landscape, and the ability to weave this knowledge into Coinshift’s community strategy
• Experience with b2b marketing and partner marketing is a plus
• Knowledge of Finance in general, and Treasury Management specifically, is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy & plan quarterly roadmaps to consistently stay ahead as the market leader.
• Conduct thorough customer & market research, & be the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to ship high-quality products.
• Define, track and report the product KPIs.
• Work with stakeholders to prepare and execute the go-to-market plan.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in product management.
• Deep technical understanding & pulse on market trends in cryptocurrencies, DeFi & Ethereum.
• Demonstrated experience building & scaling products.
• UX expertise to build easy-to-use products for complicated workflows.

The development of Coinshift v2 is underway and we are currently looking for a full-time backend engineer with strong skills in backend and web3 technologies.

What will you achieve:

• You’ll work with the core team to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
• You’ll participate in backend architecture decisions and guide team members in technical knowledge with best practices.
• You’ll implement state of the art multi-chain web3 user experiences and actively learn about the latest developments in web3.

What skills do you bring:

• Experienced leader: You have worked at product based companies for more than 6 years including more than 2 years in web3 organisations, have participated in architecture design and deployment pipeline. You have worked with backend teams where you lead the team to achieve fast iterations and high code quality.
• Familiarity with backend technologies: You’re well versed with AWS technologies, Javascript, Node.js, MySQL.
• Familiarity with web3 technologies: You’re well versed with web3js/ethersjs and understand ethereum blockchain and it’s tool stack, such as Metamask
• Thoughtful problem-solving: You have the ability to break down a problem until you get a clear and accurate understanding of the context.
• Navigating ambiguity in design: You can translate high level designs into production-ready systems. Given clear requirements, you are comfortable making judgments and tradeoffs in the user experience on your own.
• Put users first: You think critically about the implications of what you’re building, and how it impacts real people’s lives.
• Empathetic communication: You communicate ideas clearly in plain english. In disagreements, you listen to other perspectives and compromise when needed.
• Team player: You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.

Nice to Haves:

• You’re proficient with technologies that are part of our stack, including Express, Datadog.
• You participate in open source projects and web3 hackathons, or write about web3 technology.
• You have experience in backend integration testing and in debugging performance issues.

Coinshift is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build deep relationships and drive product adoption with Coinshifts’ growing set of users and prospects.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Demonstrate the value of Coinshifts’ treasury management solution during product demos
• Grow, manage and track customer contact and activation base within your accounts
• Act as a guide and strategic partner to your accounts by becoming intimately knowledgable about their key challenges
• Educate and train customers on the best ways to use our products and new features.
• Analyze product usage data to actively take necessary actions to improve product adoption and reduce churn.
• Work closely with the Partnership Program to discover opportunities for growth and drive net expansion.
• Promote awareness of Coinshifts’ latest feature launches and motivate customers to become references, participate in events, and contribute to case studies.
• Find new and creative ways to create “moments of wow” for our users

Qualifications 🏅

• Experience in a customer-facing role. Prior experience with account management is a big plus.
• You are able to communicate clearly and with empathy to become a trusted advisor for our clients.
• You can collaborate effectively with different internal teams (e.g., Growth, Marketing, Product, Technical Support).
• You enjoy learning about Coinshift’s products and their technical foundation.
• You combine an analytical mindset with a can-do attitude. You can identify root causes and develop adequate solutions quickly.

• Intro call of 20-30 minutes via video call
• Take-home assignment closely resembling job responsibilities
• In-depth discussion with the broader Growth team (45-60 minutes)
