The role

As Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the architecture and implementation of the Co:Create web-app from both the front end and back end. You are also comfortable selling to clients and communicating with company stakeholders to help us build a stable, scalable product that has significant value. This role is meant for someone who desires to have significant ownership and meaningful impact within the web3 ecosystem.

You’ll get to

• Own features in the web-app end-to-end, from product definition, through implementation, testing and to deployment to production and contribute to writing the build specs for smaller features
• Communicate to new clients using both technical and non technical language to help sell the Co:Create web-app and its features
• Define the user experience of how a user interfaces with the Co:Create loyalty protocol
• Provide valuable feedback on both the front end and back end on how to expand upon current features and ideate new ones
• Integrate with partner APIs and client point-of-sale systems

Who we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience working with Databases and NodeJS Applications
• Worked in a fast paced environment where you were shipping production-grade code while factoring in performance, accessibility and application design
• An eye for design and creative flare
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication and comfortable speaking and selling to clients
• A motivated and driven self-starter
• A highly skilled developer with an ownership mentality

The role

As Senior Backend Engineer, you will lead larger backend features on the Co:Create app. As part of the backend team, you will build out Co:Create’s reward system for their customer by working on greenfield projects, adding to existing APIs, and building microservices/APIs from scratch.

As Senior Frontend Engineer, you will lead the architecture and implementation of the Co:Create frontend web-app. You will help build out the UI for all B2B admin functionality and user reward mechanics, including minting NFTs, redeeming rewards, etc. This role is meant for someone who desires to have significant ownership and meaningful impact within the web3 ecosystem.

We are looking for a director of marketing who has a deep understanding of Web3, with strong relationships in the space to drive meaningful outcomes. You will lead marketing efforts for Co:Create from strategy to creating compelling, on-brand, narratives across content and social and be able to deliver robust reporting and analytics. Bottom line, you are a data-driven, strategic thinker, who can roll up their sleeves and operated as an IC.

This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker who is able to facilitate token design discussions, effectively convey partner needs back to Co:Create technical teams, project manage a multi-track launch across many disciplines and pull in SMEs accordingly as needed. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, token economics, and legal, among others, to support partners in their token launch.

Co:Create is the first-and-only protocol that provides the infrastructure for NFT projects to scale their digital ecosystem through native tokens. Our technology is new and has no direct competitor in it’s configuration, so we need to articulate a clear need for our target customers. This role is a crucial part of how we will communicate that to the market – with Twitter playing such a central role in Web3.

We are looking for a content and social marketing manager who has a deep understanding of Web3, with strong relationships in the space to help us connect with our core clients. You will craft compelling, on-brand, narratives across content and social and be able to rise above the skeptics and naysayers, and the challenges of a bear market.

Our goal is to provide the foundational infrastructure for decentralized brands of the future. We enable NFT projects to scale more effectively by empowering them to manage royalties, launch a thoughtfully designed fungible token and DAO alongside their collections.

As our first product designer, you will play a key role in shaping the Co:Create user experiences. You will work closely with our Executive Team to create intuitive and beautifully designed platforms. We are building something exciting in a fast-moving space, and we are looking for someone experienced who wants to lead, build and learn.

You’ll get to

• Own the product design for the entire product lifecycle: from wireframes, prototypes and demos to hi-fidelity production designs
• Own all of our websites to make them “best in class”
• Bring swift agility with visual design and proficiency in typography, mobile/web UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense to our products.
• With an eye for aesthetics, transform complex interfaces into user experiences that empower the user
• Become an expert on our customers and our product
• Inspire design thinking across the organization to drive business outcomes
• Building off our empathy map, create user personas for our core NFT project leaders, developer audiences, and broader customer groups
• Implement and own any software programs (Figma, Webflow, etc.) needed for success

Our goal is to provide the foundational infrastructure for decentralized brands of the future. We enable NFT projects to scale more effectively by empowering them to launch a thoughtfully designed fungible token and DAO alongside their collections.

As Token Economist, you will lead the design and implementation of the Co:Create governance token, as well as create fungible token templates that will be used by our NFT project partners. This role is meant for someone who desires to have significant ownership and meaningful impact within the web3 ecosystem.

You’ll get to

• Design and implement Co:Create’s token economics.
• Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for Co:Create’s token economy.
• Produce tokenomic templates & strategies for Co:Create’s partners’ fungible tokens.
• Work with the business development team in partner negotiations and project evaluations, by providing tokenomics guidance.
• Build dashboards with those KPIs for Co:Create and each partner, to monitor token economy health & liquidity.
• Actively research and watch closely for emergent tokenomic models to keep at the forefront of tokenomics in web3.

Who we are looking for

• An advanced degree or equivalent in economics, computer science, math, or other quantitative discipline is required.
• 4+ years of experience developing financial modeling of complex systems.
• Working knowledge of common financial models including modern portfolio theory, generalized hyperbolic distributions and their subclasses, bonding curves, etc.
• Understanding and experience of application of market design, mechanism design and token design concepts.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication and a track record influencing technical and non-technical staff.
• Fluency in Excel
• Experience in business strategy
