• Understanding of Ethereum/Polygon or other blockchain platforms.

Your Impact

You will be working with our Community Engagement lead and Marketing teams to define and implement community marketing strategy, and manage our Discord and Twitter communities, specifically responsible for helping define and distribute our social media strategy and content.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quantifiable brand growth, previous experience as a community manager/social media manager and must also have an intimate knowledge of the crypto, NFT, and metaverse industry and keep up with current marketing trends in the Web3 space. Helping our Sr. Community Engagement lead define and implement long-term strategy while remaining adaptable to short-term changes is essential. his is not a regular community management role, as you will be responsible for building, managing, nurturing a global and diverse community, be the face of the community and have direct impact on the health of the community on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage ClubRare’s Twitter, Discord and Telegram communities and deliver high-quality content to promote NFT drops or any platform updates with the objective of building ClubRare’s presence in the U.S. and globally.
• Design campaigns to drive user growth and engagement, and also educate users.
• Running contests, AMAs, virtual meet-ups, contests, and online shows in the community to introduce and promote both drops, guides, and educational content
• Plan and develop high-quality engaging content, activities, and campaigns in our Discord server to boost community engagement
• Shape the creation of Community Ambassador Programs and guidelines, Referral Programs, Bounty Campaigns, Virtual Events, games/trivias and much more
• Collect feedback from the community to identify and capture marketing opportunities, areas of improvement, and services.
• Handle social media accounts to communicate with the community.
• Assist with developing and enforcing best practices on Discord
• Contributes to the ideation and drives the execution of engagement strategies and activation ideas to help improve the community experience
• Working with influencers & KOLs, working with marketing budget
• Monitoring member engagement, collecting feedback, and suggesting ways to improve.
• Comfortable with navigating through gray areas and ambiguity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Support, Product, and Dev team to deliver on company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years as a community manager or similar role. Knowledge and experience in community building.
• Passionate about NFTs and Metaverse.
• English language fluency or mother tongue. Native-level English is preferable, but Fluent English is a must.
• Deep experience with Twitter and Discord and have experience running events, town halls, virtual chats, and AMAs.
• Experience with Telegram and know how to leverage them strategically and tactically to meet objectives.
• Emotionally resilient and able to collaborate and communicate across a global team.
• Ability to introduce and moderate best practices or frameworks for community development and growth.
• Experience leading community initiatives such as AMAs, ambassador programs, advocacy programs, etc.
• Self-starter with experience using decentralized technologies, and previous experience in customer service and marketing.

Your Impact

As a Growth Manager professional with a strong focus on driving acquisition and retention, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of marketing activation plans and community building from start to finish. Utilizing a growth mindset, you will leverage in-house specialists within teams and a network of partners to create and execute effective campaigns across all owned, earned, and paid content and channels, both online and offline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and grow user base across various platforms and local channels
• Create and implement educational initiatives to engage internal community and increase brand loyalty
• Analyze competitor activity, including marketing strategies, channel usage, and campaign tactics, to inform and improve our own strategies

Your Impact

You will work with the leader of People Operations to support the smooth running of key business operations in the areas of HR and Recruitment. This role is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on with all aspects of People Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive and not afraid to get their hands dirty, have an eye for detail, and have an interest in Web3 and NFTs. This is a part-time role with a clear opportunity to evolve in a full-time role next year.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive processes like onboarding, employee and manager feedback cycles, recruiting, and interviewing.
• Develop and evolve HR policies and processes, including tools/systems and operational guides.
• Take ownership and use critical thinking to find the root cause of employees’ queries and strive to solve them quickly.
• Document and maintain process procedures for the People Operations team and self-service resources for all employees.
• Run our semi-monthly and monthly payrolls.
• Work with a high degree of autonomy to ensure that tasks are executed efficiently and accurately.

Your Impact

We are looking for a Backend Developer who will join our team of blockchain developers to design and implement our products. Our ideal engineer is someone that thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is able to adapt to the ever changing industry. You will work with your team to – implement functionality, design our system, maintain the health of our code, and continue to grow as an engineer with the support of senior members of your team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Product and related project backend development, configuration, and maintenance around NFT Utilities, Backend Integration to Frontend.
• Build core infrastructure software, instrument them for performance, and optimize for throughput
• Write, test, and deploy smart contracts and build the system design around the product
• Build core backend modules such as authentication, session, queues and schedulers
• Writing unit and end-to-end test scripts for required modules/packages
• Integrate and consume other services/APIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Solidity (Defi smart contracts), Web3, Ethereum and API Integration on DApps

• You’ve designed, built, scaled, and maintained production services, and know-how to compose a service-oriented product and integrate decentralized technologies, infrastructure, and data systems
• Knowledge and interest in crypto projects covering areas such as DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs.

Your Impact

You will work with our Community Engagement Lead to define and implement community marketing strategy, and manage our Discord and Twitter communities (Korean and English communities and channels), specifically responsible for helping define and distribute our social media strategy and content.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quantifiable brand growth, previous experience as a community manager/social media manager and must also have an intimate knowledge of the crypto, NFT, and metaverse industry and keep up with current marketing trends in the Web3 space. Helping our Community Engagement Lead to define and implement long-term strategy while remaining adaptable to short-term changes is essential. You should also be comfortable executing without a significant marketing budget and producing and presenting reports for an executive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage ClubRare’s Discord and Telegram communities and deliver high-quality content to promote NFT drops or any platform updates.
• Design campaigns to drive user growth and engagement, and also educate users.
• Running contests, AMAs, virtual meet-ups, contests, in the community and help introduce and promote both drops, guides, and educational content
• Setting up bounty structures, improve and optimize onboarding process, search/develop KOLs, etc.
• Lead a team of community moderators and set up training program.
• Manage our community members in our Korean Channel (Telegram, Discord) and our English Channel.
• Plan and develop high quality engaging content, activities, and campaigns in our Discord server to boost community engagement
• Collect feedback from the community to identify and capture marketing opportunities, areas of improvement, and services.
• Handle social media accounts to communicate with the community.
• Assist with developing and enforcing best practices on Discord.
• Contributes to the ideation and drives the execution of engagement strategies and activation ideas to help improve the community experience
• Understanding success metrics, audience segmentation, and how to use community to derive insights for our team at ClubRare, while establishing high energy and engagement in the community that provides value to our members
• Monitoring member engagement, collecting feedback, and suggesting ways to improve.
• Comfortable with navigating through gray areas and ambiguity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Support, Product, and Dev team to deliver on company goals.

• 100% Fluency in Korean and English
• Knowledge of Web3 speak.
• Self-starter with experience using decentralized technologies, and previous experience in customer service and marketing.
• Able to work autonomously, set agenda, and prioritize work with minimal input.
• Experience with community building, managing, nurturing, and retaining crypto communities.
• 3-5 years of Community Management (plus: Developer or Product Community Management experience).
