Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years experience in front-end development.
• Have an understanding of basic data structures as well as algorithms and their complexities.
• Proficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript/Typescript.
• Maintain high code quality standards.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) along with applicable unit test coverage.
• Backend server development experience with Node.js (NestJS).

Nice to have:

• Experience in DDD (data-driven development).

• 5 plus years of extensive programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Typescript, Java, or Kotlin.

• In-depth understanding of decentralized systems, blockchain, and web3, as well as system design, data structures, and algorithms.

Nice to have:

• Expertise in database engine internals (storage), including indexing, access methods, concurrency control, logging, caching, transaction processing, replication, backup restore, and buffer management.
• Proficiency in database engine internals (query processing), such as query compilation, optimization, execution, and parallel execution.
• Experience with decentralized storage systems like IPFS.
• Experience developing SDKs and contributing to open-source projects.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, including consensus-based quorum replication and NoSQL system implementation.

About the Role:

As a Senior DevOps at Cere Network, you will help elevate and expand the DevOps team based on the business needs. You will be expected to assist with designing and developing our multi-cloud infrastructure to excellently serve our products on React, NestJS, and TypeScript. We are looking for someone to roll up their sleeves, jump in and work as a team to build a high-performing, reliable, fault-tolerant, and automated infrastructure. It is an excellent opportunity if you’ve got robust infrastructure automation and development skills or are looking to develop them further.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert on DevOps practices
• Participate in the design, building, testing, and automation of the development infrastructure
• Generate strong opinions on the production support
• Ensure continuous availability of various tools supporting SCM & Release Management, including Source Control, Continuous Integration, & Change Management
• Minimise bottlenecks and automate repetitive tasks
• Evaluate new service offerings and the latest security features offered by AWS/GCP/DO, as well as additional/compatible technologies, and maintain a roadmap for their implementation
• Support, troubleshoot, and analyse code on all 3 layers of the stack related to infrastructure, middleware, and continuous integration and delivery frameworks
• Mentor new members of the team
• Work collaboratively across team boundaries to share standard capabilities

Requirements:

• 8+ years of infrastructure development and support
• Should have a hands-on and good understanding of DevOps tools and automation framework
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with DevOps techniques building continuous integration solutions using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes and other container management solutions
• Strong experience with the AWS Cloud platform (EC2, EKS, ECR, Route53, RDS, etc.)
• Heavy automation domain knowledge and experience with IaaC tools (Terraform)
• Good experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, etc.) and services (Datadog, Newrelic, etc.)
• Proficient knowledge of networking and hybrid cloud concept
• Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, Go)
• Strong automation and problem-solving skills and ability to follow through to completion

As a Blockchain Engineer at Cere, you will design, implement, and support a distributed blockchain-based network. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze requirements, design blockchain technology around a specific business model, and build a decentralized network.

About the Role:

As a Technical Product Manager and a Product Owner, you will be part of our Product Team to drive innovation in the space of Decentralised Cloud Storage and CDNs, Crypto wallets, NFT platforms, Marketplaces, and Analytics. You will help develop, document, and execute a comprehensive plan to understand user needs, iterate on product scope and ensure the timely development of highly complex technical products. With the Lead Architect and Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for giving our teams the information and product methodology needed to succeed and continuously help us improve as an organization.

What we expect you to do:

• Manage highly complex technical products at the fringe of innovation in the Blockchain space
• Own and drive a rapidly scaling product roadmap
• Work closely with the engineering team to convey product direction and deliver milestones
• Manage Backlog and drive product development using agile methodology
• Actively seek user feedback to focus on solving problems
• Demonstrate a data-driven approach to product decisions along the product development lifecycle
• Clearly and effectively communicate and document the product strategy, functionality, and requirements
• Track, measure, analyze and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Designers to quickly iterate on UI implementations
• Manage and support new Product Launches in collaboration with other departments: Marketing, LiveOps, Business Development, Engineering
• Assist and support the Lead Product Manager in the adoption of new processes
• Work closely with the Ecosystem Team to ensure accurate technical documentation and support with problem resolution during Partner integrations

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical product management or technical product owner role, working closely with both businesses and developers in data-driven B2B/B2C initiatives and consumer-facing experience (preferably gaming, advertising, cloud, or data infrastructure)
• Structured and organized written/verbal communication
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to context-switch efficiently from - understanding the user’s need to getting into the technical detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
• Best if you have successfully launched an app with a metrics-driven mindset
• Start-up experience in fast-paced environments working in agile, cross-functional teams

About the Role:

As the External Developers Manager, you will be a part of our Ecosystem team, which is responsible for driving the adoption of Cere by developers and external projects. You will work closely with the internal engineering team, marketing team and some of the original members (OGs) of the developer ecosystem to come up with the strategy and execution to evangelize, incentivize, and drive developer engagement to supercharge the decentralized data movement that we are leading.

In this role as an External Developers Manager, you’ll:

• Be the key person between Cere Network and the Technical Community
• Be an expert on our vision, strategy, and all of the functions of our technical stacks, and can communicate them very effectively
• Build a successful program to drive adoption of the Cere Ecosystem, i.e. by setting up a successful bounty & grants program to activate more developers contributing and building on top of our network
• Manage relations with projects and our ever-growing community of (external) developers
• Organize, manage and visit hackathons. Both online and offline
• Help the business development team to improve the Cere ecosystem, based on the wants and needs of the community. You play an important role in determining what the community wants and what they’ll get
• Let your creativity shine to attract more projects and more developers
• Coordinate/manage other community managers
• Successfully translate technical requirements into business requirements and vice versa

Requirements:

• Experience working in similar roles for other projects especially web3
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Stakeholder management experience
• Must be comfortable with managing and growing communities, as well as engaging with community members, both online and offline
