Carbon X Tons SA is a pioneering Swiss company leveraging blockchain for climate action, including the creation of CXT, a collateralized carbon stable coin. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to participate in the global transition to a low-carbon economy.

We are a startup looking for a Marketing Manager to support product launch with experience promoting crypto tokens and broad skills in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of carbon markets and a passion for driving the adoption of sustainable finance solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our collateralized carbon stable coin and increase its visibility within the crypto community and among environmentally conscious investors
2. Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and sustainability-focused platforms
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and communications, to align marketing efforts with business
4. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to efficiently achieve marketing KPIs.
5. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including environmental organizations, regulators, investors, media and sustainability influencers, to build trust and credibility for our brand
6. Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and drive positive environmental impact

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in marketing roles within crypto industry, candidates with previous responsibility for marketing of collateralized tokens will be given preference
2. Knowledge of relevant tools and platforms for marketing automation, analytics, and community engagement
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English required, other languages a plus
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changes in priorities and market dynamics
