Job Description

We’re looking for experienced blockchain developers in the Web3 space to have a conversation with and understand the pain points that are being faced by the industry.You will have the opportunity to benefit the millions of people in the blockchain community and adaptability of blockchains.

Job Requirements

1. Work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer in the Web3 space
2. Ability to develop software in Solidity (OpenZepplin, Truffle or hardhat)
3. At least 2 years of experience in smart contract development in either DeFi, NFT, Tradefi solutions
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with Git.

This is a paid interview and you will be compensated for your time.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced UX Researcher with expertise in Web3 and the DApp development Infrastructure.

1. The researcher understands the full scope of developer behavior in smart contract development and gains insights to generate ideas for new features or improved user experiences.
2. The researcher conducts factual and evidence-based research to provide timely and actionable insights to the product team.
3. The researcher also is involved in defining, planning, and conducting user research to understand the user experience of Bunzz and develop product strategy.

Job Duties

1. Fully understand user "pains" and "wants" in smart contract development.
   (e.g. what are the most frequently used contracts in DApp development? / What kind of feature do users need?)
2. Research the best channels for announcing DApp developers of Bunzz modularized contracts
3. Effectively conduct and manage primary and secondary research and share key insights with other departments
4. Be a thought leader
5. Design research that addresses both user behavior and needs and market trends
6. Communicate results and explain recommendations in a compelling

Job Requirements

1. Confidence in solving the needs and pains of users with a primary focus on creating a successful user experience
2. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a researcher in the Web3 space
3. If you have experience developing DApp, it will be highly valued for the screening process
4. Ability to share research findings quickly and effectively
5. Ability to create specific, answerable, and actionable questions
6. Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and marketers and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
7. Strong drive and positive attitude toward creative problem solving
8. Familiarity with a variety of UX research tools and vendors
