The Role

We are in search for a Head of Product to take ownership of the whole product lifecycle of an NFT Marketplace on a new blockchain, with a focus on Web3 gaming.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with the vision to architect and launch a first-to-market product, with the support of the talented engineering, marketing, design and business development teams.

Day to day responsibilities may include to:

• Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable product
• Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship product in a timely manner
• Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made
• Perform market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams, and shareholders

Requirements:

• An incredible passion for Web3/NFT/Gaming space, where strong knowledge is highly preferred
• 5+ years (at minimum) of experience in product management
• A passion for building exceptional customer facing products
• Prior experience shipping and iterating on successful products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results - you will drive product initiatives from inception through to execution

The ideal candidate would be someone who has technical background and thinks of themselves as a member in the Web3 community. This is for someone who likes to build cool stuff and breaking down abstract concepts into easy-to-understand content workflows.

You will:

• Create documentation and presentations that can be leveraged for both internal and external consumption
• Handle questions regarding functionality and documentation
• Provide hands-on developer support to optimize the entire developer journey
• Take proactive steps to identify and minimize developer pain points
• Become an expert in our applications and technologies
• Build tools for devs and champion them for our engineering team to prioritise

Requirements:

• 3+ years of developer relations, technical advocacy, technical community management, or similar experience
• Deeply knowledgeable about web3 infrastructure, DeFi, NFTs, and Gaming projects
• An understanding of the full web3 stack across a variety of ecosystems (Solana, Near etc.) and experience with JavaScript
• Detail-oriented and enjoys documenting ideas and projects
• Excellent written communication skills, demonstrable by previous work with an ability to explain complex technological topics to audiences
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage projects for the development team as we launch next-generation Web3 platforms and applications.

You will:

• Manage various aspects of the sprint team deliverables including planning and execution
• Perform tasks including reading specifications, analyzing documents, creating project plans, determining project timelines within sprint cycles, creating milestones, roadmaps, creating tasks, and setting priorities
• Facilitate effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other project managers
• Act as the main point of contact for status updates, requirements and priorities
• Maintain a high level of transparency, thorough communication & documentation using tools such as Slack and Notion
• Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear decisions that are timely and in the best interests of the organization
• Address project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic requirements to keep overall operations running at high performance
• Develop a deep understanding of Aldrin Labs products

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years experience in a technical project management role, or similar
• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban
• Excellent communication both in written and oral formats, with a specific ability to author and communicate project plans and documentation
• Outstanding organisation and planning skills along with proactive follow ups to manage a remote workforce
• Knowledge of project management software i.e. Notion, Google Drive
• Previous experience working with blockchain technologies is a plus

The Role

We’re looking for a senior Back-End Developer skilled in designing, building, and deploying highly secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services for the Aldrin decentralized exchange.

You will:

• Develop backend service for Aldrin’s new products, including but not limited to our centralized and decentralized exchange platform, as well as other internal applications as necessary
• Work closely with traders and Aldrin developers and have the opportunity to improve your knowledge of building high-performance scalable applications, understand broader system architecture and understand the cryptocurrency market
• Be passionate about the crypto markets, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional experience in Node.js of 5+ years
• Professional experience programming in Golang
• Strong experience in Express.js, Docker, Kubernetes
• Significant professional experience programming in Typescript
• Development experience on cloud computing platform (AWS)
• Experience working with a large codebase, distributed teams
• Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Strong understanding of database schema design
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (load balancers, routers, etc.)
• Experience with high load applications (1000 RPS), performance tuning experience

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with a large codebase

Aldrin Lab´s is looking to hire a Business Development Officer to take ownership of business development and partnership efforts on Aldrin Lab´s new product, Perk.

In the most simple terms, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships that help the Aldrin Labs ecosystem to achieve its strategic goals.

More specifically, you will:

• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the latest developments across:
  • The Solana/NEAR ecosystem
  • Web 3 (especially across DeFi, GameFi and NFTs)
  • Our internal products
• Use this understanding as a basis to establish your own partnerships pipeline which entails:
  • Identifying prospective partners
  • Sharing integration and partnership ideas with internal colleagues
  • Conducting initial outreach
  • Supporting and leading partnership discussions
  • Negotiating and finalizing partnerships
  • Retaining and developing existing partnerships
  • Using our CRM database to log interactions and developments with partners for reporting purposes
• Work on both inbound and outbound product integrations
• Develop a strong and warm network of key contacts across the ecosystems we’re active in
• Liaise with a range of key actors in the space, including (but not limited to) projects, influencers, L1s, market makers, thought leaders, and CEXs
• Understand and take into consideration the risks of partnering with other entities in the space

Requirements:

• A solid working knowledge of Web 3 and DeFi, a passion for crypto, and an understanding of recent global trends and use cases
• Experience in Business Development role and/or Partnerships role. Experience in a rapidly scaling crypto company would be a big plus
