Your responsibilities

• Development of the company’s product
• Continuously evaluate and use the most appropriate technical solutions, always aiming for high quality and scalability.
• Research and implement new innovations and technologies.
• Report tech progress to the team.
• In summary, apart from being an experienced technical engineer, you have a trained eye for product development and understand the intricacies that bind the two together.
• Track and execute product roadmap items, completing key deadlines and utilising resources efficiently

Requirements

• 5 years experience, at least 2 of those years with Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains, smart-contract development with Solidity, Web3.js / Ethers.js frameworks JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Golang MySQL, database management. (Haskell, Rust, are a plus)
• 1+ years of experience leading and growing high performing teams.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them in writing with clear and logical thinking.
• You have worked in a data-informed environment before and know how to utilise data to the utmost of its potential.
• Have entrepreneurial flair, bonus if you were a founder previously.
• Being passionate about building incredible products.
• Strong technical knowledge, project management, and communication skills.

What we’re looking for

Add3 is a DeFi infrastructure pioneer. As a Fullstack engineer you will play a key part in our technical, development and growth. You will have the overall responsibility to ensure that technical solutions meet product needs and business requirements, unifying the tech department and leading the way forward. You and your team members will be responsible for the product & tech operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, testable and maintainable code using Node & TypeScript and React.
• Develop to given specifications and provided guidelines.
• Help build and maintain backend/frontend services that facilitate accounting, financial reporting, and risk management.
• Develop Restful API to the given requirements and specifications and write unit tests using the Jest framework.
• Maintain CI/CD workflows and facilitate upgrading existing workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and testing.
• Work with engineers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with Node.js / Javascript / Typescript.
• Substantial Front end exposure to React JS.
• Experience in ES6 coding.
• Microservices exposure preferred.
• Financial services industry experience is preferred but not essential.
• Participate in the on-call duties with our engineering/Operations team when needed.
• Relational Database experience and exposure to DynamoDb or similar NoSQL database.
• Experience in using git and git enabled services.
• Following coding guidelines and programming standards, experience is highly regarded.
• Functional Programming or OO Javascript experience
• Substantial Exposure following frameworks is preferred: Jest, Express/Koa, Serverless exposure

Plus

• AWS Lambda and DynamoDb experience.

What we’re looking for

As a Frontend engineer you will touch upon a wide variety of areas like the integration of external/internal data feeds, the building of a responsive front-end, and the development of a CMS. You will have the overall responsibility to ensure that technical solutions meet product needs and business requirements, unifying the tech department and leading the way forward. You and your team members will be responsible for the product & tech operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Implement new user-facing features in our products
• Write client-side code to create super-fast, easy-to-use web-based applications which include websites for both desktop, mobile browsers and hybrid in-app pages
• Comfortable building components that are reusable and can be shared between teams
• Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale
• Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speedup development efficiency and improve code quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years developing production JavaScript code
• Strong knowledge of React and Typescript
• Proven track record of delivering projects with high quality UI
• Experience in developing responsive web sites for diverse clients from high powered desktop computers to small footprint mobile devices
• Experience with modern front-end technologies (styled system, web-pack etc)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Strong communication skills in English
